The VRM-V860-2E1/T1 is a standard single Euro size VMEbus board designed for telecommunication applications. It can be used as a platform for SS7 applications and is prepared to function as an ISDN interface card.
Features:
Up to two E1 or T1 interfaces (PMC Sierra Framer PM6341 for E1 or PM4341 for T1) can be accessed by the application.
Complies with the newest SCSA standard using the SC4000. The onboard SC4000 provides the connection of up to 128 time-slots via the SC-Bus.
D-SS1 software (EURO ISDN) is the standard protocol running on the VRM-V860-2E1/T1. For these protocols API interfaces for different operating systems can be provided. VxWorks, pSOS+, Solaris and LynxOS are just a few of them.
The ISDN software can be delivered with the VRM-V860-2E1/T1. This software is a EURO ISDN stack for Real-time operating systems and embedded applications.
